Congratulations to the AlbertaSat Student Team for passing their CDR and achieving Mature Status from the QB50 project. The project is on track to launch their cube satellite, which measures 10 x 10 x 30 cm, into orbit as part of a constellation of nano-satellites in early 2016. The UAlberta students are working to build and launch the first Alberta Satellite and pioneer a new chapter in space exploration in our province.

CFD for Industry is a short course that aims at training industry professionals in the proper use of Computational Fluid Dynamics software. It focuses on many practical aspects of the numerical solution procedure and includes hands-on practice sessions with OpenFOAM.
